Clairemont

Clairemont is centrally located which gives the opportunity to take advantage of all that San Diego has to offer. It is just minutes from downtown and from the beach. Mission Bay is nearby and offers many activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, jet skiing and picnicking.


Clairemont was developed with a non-traditional flavor with winding streets as the community uses an innovative layout that takes advantage of the spectacular canyon views. There are many secluded neighborhoods that are situated on the rolling hills with beautiful views overlooking Pacific Beach, Mission Bay Park, and Mission Valley. There are many access points to the area with Hwy 52 to the north, I-8 to the south, I-5 to the west, and I-805 to the east. Near by are the beaches, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Chargers at Qualcomm Stadium.


The town includes Kearny Mesa industrial park, four shopping centers including Clairemont Square Shopping Center, three public libraries, three high schools and middle schools, and twelve elementary schools. USD, University of San Diego, id nestled in the hills calling it home. You can walk and hike in Tecolote Canyon National Park and Mission Bay Park, golf on two different courses, and boat and sail along Mission Bay. Also nearby is Torrey Pines Golf Course, home of the 2008 U.S. Open.
